Welcome to Peptly! By accessing or using our app, website, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. General Terms

  • Peptly is a marketplace that connects customers with local vendors for groceries, daily needs, dairy, electronics, and more.

  • These Terms apply to all users including customers, vendors, and delivery partners.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.


2. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate information while registering or placing orders.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Misuse of platform, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension.


3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after being accepted by the vendor.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, COD, debit/credit cards, or wallet.

  • Peptly reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or unfulfillable orders.


4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are allowed only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items — based on vendor policy.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or wallet within 7 working days.


5. Delivery Policy

  • Peptly aims to deliver within the promised “11-minute” window; however, delays may occur due to location, weather, or vendor availability.

  • Delivery fee and minimum order values vary based on location and time.


6. Loyalty & Cashback

  • Peptly Points earned from orders can be redeemed on future purchases.

  • Loyalty point rules may change at any time without prior notice.


7. Vendor & Partner Policies

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining product quality, pricing, and packaging.

  • Delivery partners must follow standard operating guidelines and cash handling limits.


8. Liability

  • Peptly is not responsible for any health or legal issues arising from vendor products.

  • We are a platform and not the producer/supplier of any listed items.


9. Privacy

  • User data is securely stored and used only for order fulfillment, support, and promotions.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any issues or complaints must be first reported via our support.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be governed under Indian law, Dewas district jurisdiction.
