Misuse of platform, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after being accepted by the vendor.
Payments can be made via UPI, COD, debit/credit cards, or wallet.
Peptly reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or unfulfillable orders.
Returns are allowed only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items — based on vendor policy.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or wallet within 7 working days.
Peptly aims to deliver within the promised “11-minute” window; however, delays may occur due to location, weather, or vendor availability.
Delivery fee and minimum order values vary based on location and time.
Peptly Points earned from orders can be redeemed on future purchases.
Loyalty point rules may change at any time without prior notice.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining product quality, pricing, and packaging.
Delivery partners must follow standard operating guidelines and cash handling limits.
Peptly is not responsible for any health or legal issues arising from vendor products.
We are a platform and not the producer/supplier of any listed items.
User data is securely stored and used only for order fulfillment, support, and promotions.
