At Peptly, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent refund process.


๐Ÿ” When Are Refunds Applicable?

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered

    • If the item received is different from what was ordered.

  2. Damaged or Expired Product

    • Products that are physically damaged, spoiled (for perishables), or past expiry date.

  3. Item Not Delivered

    • If part or all of your order was not delivered and you were charged for it.

  4. Order Cancelled by Vendor or Peptly

    • Full refund will be issued automatically.


๐Ÿšซ When Are Refunds NOT Applicable?

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address or phone number.

  • If the customer is not available to receive the delivery and doesn’t respond to calls.

  • If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.

  • For products that fall under non-returnable categories (like frozen food, dairy, opened hygiene items, etc.)

๐Ÿงพ How to Request a Refund?

  1. Go to My Orders in the app

  2. Select the order → Click “Report Issue”

  3. Upload photo (if applicable) and describe the issue

  4. Our support team will verify and initiate refund if eligible


๐Ÿ“ข Important Notes

  • Peptly may request product pictures as proof for faster processing.

  • Repeated misuse of refund requests may result in account restrictions.

  • Refunds for combo offers or promotions will be calculated proportionally.
