At Peptly, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent refund process.
You may request a refund in the following cases:
Wrong Item Delivered
If the item received is different from what was ordered.
Damaged or Expired Product
Products that are physically damaged, spoiled (for perishables), or past expiry date.
Item Not Delivered
If part or all of your order was not delivered and you were charged for it.
Order Cancelled by Vendor or Peptly
Full refund will be issued automatically.
If the customer provides an incorrect address or phone number.
If the customer is not available to receive the delivery and doesn’t respond to calls.
If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
For products that fall under non-returnable categories (like frozen food, dairy, opened hygiene items, etc.)

Upload photo (if applicable) and describe the issue
Our support team will verify and initiate refund if eligible
Peptly may request product pictures as proof for faster processing.
Repeated misuse of refund requests may result in account restrictions.
Refunds for combo offers or promotions will be calculated proportionally.
